Agents of Change
Agents Of Change (A.O.C.) is a year-round boutique Travel-Team basketball program centered on teamwork, fundamentals, accountability, community, and leadership- founded by Aaron “AC” Coursealt. We work with kids from neighborhoods across the Los Angeles area, showing them the possibilities achieved through hard work, dedication, and determination.
We practice basic high school and college fundamentals, our players gain an inherent understanding of the game. The result is an ability to contribute at an elite level to their grade school, middle school, and high school basketball programs.
With over six head coaches on our roster, we coach and train agents from Grades 1-8. Although the goal may be to make a high school or college program, our mission is to teach the principles and values of teamwork, unity, and respect.

To build bridges of opportunity, we first create bonds. Our student-athletes are guided to embrace themselves and pursue change. To strive for more, one must first recognize what’s possible. By welcoming student-athletes and families from diverse backgrounds, we expand each child’s big picture.
By building strong bodies, minds, and support systems we create confident, humble, elite student-athletes ready and able to make an impact in their schools, communities, and beyond.
Agents of Change is fueled with the motivation to impact the next generation! Through the principles of teamwork, selflessness, and ambition, we teach and train youth and young adults to be successful on the hardwood and beyond.
